Welcome to Testu & Taylor (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.TestuTaylor.com (the “Site”), including any contact forms, event registration pages, payment features, and the secure client portal available through the Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

2. Contact Forms

Submitting a contact form or message does not create a client–accountant relationship. Any professional relationship with Testu & Taylor is established only after we confirm acceptance of your engagement and both parties sign a written agreement.

3.1 Access and Security
Registered clients may be granted access to a secure client portal (“Portal”) through a separate login page or secure link, which may open in a new browser tab or window. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at rebeccakelly@testutaylor.com.
3.2 File Uploads and Downloads
The Portal allows clients to upload and download files related to active engagements. You agree that:
Files you upload must be relevant to your engagement and free from malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of your uploaded materials, but grant Testu & Taylor a limited license to use those materials solely for the purpose of providing professional services to you.
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect files transmitted through the Portal, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
Use of the Portal is subject to our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. §501.171.
4. Training Events and Ticket Purchases
4.1 Event Registration
We offer educational seminars, workshops, and training sessions (“Events”). Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment processor.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to rebeccakelly@testutaylor.com. Unless otherwise stated on the Event page, cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund, less any transaction fees.
Within 7 Days of the Event: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an Event due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or may transfer your registration to a future event.
All refunds will be issued in accordance with Florida Statutes §501.142, governing refunds for services and events.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials and content on this Site—including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials—are the property of Testu & Taylor or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and Florida copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
