Rebecca began her career as a tax consultant in 1998 with a Big 4 accounting firm and eventually became a mid-market tax practice leader. Rebecca’s experience has given her deep insight into the tax and accounting needs of privately held businesses. She founded Testu & Taylor with a desire to support the financial future of small businesses and their owners. Rebecca loves calling the Florida panhandle her home and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching Sunday school and watching football.

Joe Kelly grew up in Alaska’s fishing industry, where he was inspired by his grandfather, an accountant for one of the nation's largest salmon processing companies. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Colorado and has built a diverse career spanning banking, recruiting, and retail. Joe brings a broad range of operational experience and a practical, people-first approach to his work at the firm.
