Rebecca’s roots in accounting and tax started in her high school and college years where she served as the tax accountant for her family’s business. She went on to the University of Georgia where she received her master’s in accountancy with a specialization in tax. In 1998, she started her career in tax consulting with a global accounting firm and spent the next 17 years providing tax planning and compliance services to public and privately-held clients. During that time, she was named the Atlanta mid-market tax practice leader. Through her experience, she has gained an understanding of the tax and accounting needs for privately-held businesses of all sizes.
